NACOG Area Agency on Aging (AAA) Information & Referral
NACOG AAA Central Intake serves as the one stop, single point of entry for senior services and resources. A professional, trained and Certified Information and Referral Specialist will assist seniors, caregivers, persons with disabilities, providers and consumers with resources, information on local, state or federal programs and pre-screening intakes for AAA home community-based services.

A free and confidential online resource that allows a user to pre-screen for 25 social service programs and provides contact information and downloadable program applications. The website, which is offered in both English and Spanish, pre-screens for the following program areas: Food & Nutrition, Housing and Utilities, Financial Benefits, services for Seniors and Persons with a Disability, Health Care, Childrens Resources, and Jobs and Employment.

This non-profit may be able to provide assistance with bills, housing expenses and other aid to vulnerable children, individuals and families at risk. They can support people in a crisis situation regardless of their race, ethnicity or religious affiliation.
