NACOG (Northern Arizona Council of Governments) Area Agency on Aging (AAA) Information & Referral -- Central Intake https://nacog.org/ serves as the single point of entry for senior services and resources.  A professional, trained and Certified Information and Referral Specialist assists seniors, caregivers, persons with disabilities, providers and consumers with resources, information on local, state or federal programs and pre-screening intakes for AAA home/community-based services. Call the Central Intake toll free at 877-521-3500, Prescott office 928-774-1895, or Flagstaff office 928-213-5254.  Senior Programs and Services: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Health-e-Arizona PLUS website connects individuals and families to health care coverage, benefits and services.  Information is presented in English, Spanish and other languages. CCCS provides assistance to people across Yavapai County regardless of their race, ethnicity or religious affiliation who are in a crisis situation or need help with bills, housing expenses or need other aid.
